Why is the sound not working in the app?

Please check that you don’t have the mute button switched on. It’s either a switch on the side of the iPad or a button in the multi-task tray. To access the multi-task tray double click on the home button and swipe all the way to the left. It may happen that you do not get sound even after moving the SIDE SWITCH button that is because in the mean time you have the SLIDE SWITCH set to control rotation lock. To turn it back to being SOUND control again go to Settings, to General > Use Side Switch to, then tap Mute. After you have done this, open the app you wish to play and switch SLIDE SWITCH to un-mute.

How do I change the language setting?

Please access the Parents Folders at the bottom of the Main menu. Simply swipe the folder tab across the screen from left to right, you will be able to access the Parents Folders. The language icons are located on the right side.

How do I disable Home Button or prevent my kids from exiting the app by accident?

If you have iOS 6 or above, there is a new feature called Guided Access. Go to the device Settings menu. Tap on ‘General’, then swipe down to ‘Accessibility’. In this menu, swipe down to ‘Guided Access’, and flick the toggle to ‘On’. You’ll be asked to choose a four-digit passcode at this point, in the same way that you do when locking your device’s in-app purchases.

If you have iOS 5 or older version, you can still lock in-app purchase by going to the Parents Folders. Tap the “lock icon” on the right side of the screen.

How do I restore my purchase when I updated the app?

Please press “Restore” button when you are prompted with the purchase screen. The “Restore” button is located on the upper right hand corner. Enter your iTunes passwords and you will not be charged again for the pack/s you already purchased.
