Why is the sound not working in the app?

Please check that you don’t have the mute button switched on. It’s either a switch on the side of the iPad or a button in the multi-task tray. To access the multi-task tray double click on the home button and swipe all the way to the left.

How do I change the language setting?

Please access the Parents Folders at the bottom of the Main menu. Simply swipe the folder tab across the screen from left to right, you will be able to access the Parents Folders. The language icons are located on the right side.

How do I disable in-app purchase?

Please see our answer above for accessing Parents Folders. Simply tap the lock icon on the right side of the Main Parents Folders to disable in-app purchase feature for the entire app.
